Rob attended Berklee College of Music and received his Masters in Education with a specialty in training and performance improvement from Capella University in 2016. Rob has been married for fourteen years this May and has five wonderful children that range from 8 years old to 22 years old. He composes music as a hobby and he still plays music in a professional big band in Bella Vista, Arkansas called the JM Band. Rob has been working for Walmart for the past 16 years; he’s gone from stocking toy shelves to running his own store before he entered talent development in 2012. He started teaching and training store manager level and above before he was promoted to senior manager at the learning management group.
